Note that I am strongly against these AI models.▪ Unless discussed with me prior, I expect that my art and designs are to be used NON commercially. Please let me know if you are thinking of otherwise.▪ Do NOT use my work to promote hate speech.▪ I have the right to post adopts or commissions elsewhere as examples, which can be with credits to the owners. Please notify me if you rather I didn't do this with yours.▪ I am able to send work and communicate through toyhouse, email, discord or instagram.▪ Only send payment when asked or if I've accept your comment.▪ Real currency payments are to be paid via PAYPAL in USD or its equivalent.▪ Don't be a cringy poo bum >:(❈Adopts▪ Bidding/offering will usually end 48 hours after the last bidder.▪ Please send the payment within 48 hours. At the 24 hour mark, I'll comment on your profile to check in. If I receive no reply within that time span, the adopt will be relisted or passed over to the second highest bidder.▪ If you are not frequently active on this platform and are offline often, I highly advise that you do not bid, as I will consider inactivity as ghosting.▪ Ghosting or ignoring is not very cool, man. If you ghost me, or happen to be a very inactive user, I will most likely ignore any comments you may make on my adopts from that day on.▪ I can do holds for around a week but I prefer that you offer what you have. Feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding this.▪ Having a toyhouse is not mandatory but is highly preferred. This is so it is easier to keep track of where my adopts go.▪ If the character is up on toyhouse, please make sure it is NOT hidden from me. If you have a private profile, you must give me an access key or authorisation for the design.▪ Do not delete the design's profile. Please contact me if you are considering doing so.▪ Please do not resell any amino coin adopts for real money. UNLESS you paid real money for additional art.▪ Please do not resell real currency adopts for higher than you bought them for. UNLESS you paid real money for additional art.▪ Any customs/gifts/adopts that you receive from me for FREE, should not be resold with any form of currency. UNLESS currency was used for additional art.▪ Art that you make yourself can add value to the design however it must be priced appropriately. Inflating will not be tolerated.▪ Mention that you've read my TOS in your comment. This applies to adopts only.❈Commissions and Customs▪ The turnaround time varies from one day to three weeks. Though on average it will take around 2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance so I can see if I can accomodate you.▪ Feel free to ask for progress shots. However please don't ask me every few hours.▪ I can make changes at the sketching stage but nothing more than minor tweaks if I've progressed further than that. This is typically the stage where I ask for payment upon your approval of the sketch.▪ I can do refunds if:- I am unable to finish- I take much longer than expected (i.e. over a month for something that should be done in three weeks)- both the commissioner and I can both agree that it had turned out awfully- mention that you've read my TOS along with a duck emoji in your comment, this applies to commissions only▪ I won't draw anything NSFW or morally wrong/illegal.
